National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign created 50 years ago by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. NVIH wants to shed awareness on this subject, specifically the importance of a healthy lifestyle involving proper nutrition, adequate physical activity and healthy eating habits. Learning how to make informed food choices will be an invaluable skill to have as you navigate through life. Remember that your body is your responsibility and you only get one.
