It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through 2024 and nearing the end of summer. August is National Immunization Month, and NVIH is dedicated to supporting this important initiative. As many families prepare for the back-to-school season, this is a great time to schedule your child’s immunizations and their routine well-child visit with your primary care provider. In California, immunizations are mandatory for school entry to protect both your child and those who cannot be vaccinated. With flu season on the near horizon, NVIH will be offering flu vaccine clinics in the coming months. We are excited to continue serving our community and keep you updated with our monthly calendars.
