Mask Requirements After June 15th

While we are all excited to return to a sense of normalcy, NVIH will still require facemasks for all individuals entering our locations. This pertains to both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines in an effort to promote a safe environment for not only our patients but also our staff. Social distancing and proper handwashing will still be practiced.

Masks are required upon entry and if you do not have one, one will be provided to you. Health screenings for both staff and patients will also continue to take place at our facilities. This screening includes a temperature check along with a series of questions. If you are experiencing symptoms, please call ahead to notify staff so they can provide you with proper entry procedures.

NVIH will continue to offer COVID-19 testing and vaccinations. We appreciate those who have already been fully vaccinated as it is a huge step toward a safer community. Those who wish to receive a vaccine can contact any of our reception staff to schedule an appointment. Vaccines are available for individuals ages 12 and over.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing quality care in a safe environment.
