A Board of Directors from NVIH’s Consortium Tribes: Mechoopda Indian Tribe of Chico Rancheria, the Grindstone Indian Rancheria of Wintun-Wailaki Indians of California, the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation of California, and the Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation of California, govern the corporation. Each respective tribe appoints tribal members to the Board of Directors. Members of the Board elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer to act as officers. A Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the Board to administer the business of Northern Valley Indian Health.
