NVIH serves Native Americans and the general public through medical, dental, and pediatric services at clinics in Chico, Willows, Red Bluff, and Woodland.
Over the last 50+ years, NVIH has significantly grown into 8 clinics and an administrative office with over 440 employees across all sites. We proudly serve all community members in Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Tehama and Yolo counties.
NVIH is comprised of four consortium tribes:

- Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation
- Mechoopda Indian Tribe of Chico Rancheria
- Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation
