There is something special about a new year that brings in the energy of a fresh start. On top of new goals on the horizon, we can look forward to continue delivering the outstanding customer service experience and care our patients deserve. It is my mission to continue to bring that to fruition at NVIH and to uphold our core values: Compassion, Integrity, Respect, Customer Service and Teamwork. Every one of us has an important role to play in the work ahead and I’m confident that we will achieve great things together as a team.
I am proud to share that NVIH added Physical Therapy services in 2022 in Chico and Woodland. To continue to build on the additional services, I’m pleased to announce that Podiatry services will start in January as well. Keep an eye out for more information at your local clinic. Podiatry services will be available in Woodland, Willows and Chico. I am confident that by providing new services such as the ones mentioned for our patients and our community, we will create unlimited exponential growth to more services in the near future.
