Everyone loves this one! Leave the apple skins on for extra fiber.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Core apples leaving the body intact.
  2. Mix nuts and dried cranberries and spoon mixture into apple cavity. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon as desired.
  3. Microwave apples individually or in pairs until apples are tender (1 to 3 minutes depending on your microwave).
  4. Mix cream sauce ingredients and spoon over the warmed apples.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
