Smoothies are a great idea for a quick and healthy breakfast or nutritious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries or frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat soymilk
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy or desired texture.
Makes two smoothies.
