Make these for your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. They are amazingly delicious, look beautiful, and are much healthier than a box of chocolate candy. Strawberries are a great source of vitamin C, fiber, and beneficial phytonutrients.

  1. This one’s quick and easy! Rinse and dry your strawberries. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave (low setting). Stir several times during the melting process. Dip them by hand into the melted chocolate and lay on wax paper. You can dip one side only to reduce calories if you want. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard then serve on a fancy plate.
