This is a delicious sweet and savory wild rice stuffing. It is the perfect side dish for your holiday meal.

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until just softened, about five minutes. Stir in rice, parsley, and thyme and cook until just fragrant, about one minute. Add pecans and cranberries. Heat through and serve.
