It is a new twist on the classic tuna sandwich. Delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz) can water-packed chunk light tuna
- 1 small diced apple
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Drain tuna and place in a bowl.
- Add apple, lemon juice, light mayo, celery, and pecans. Mix well.
- Place lettuce leaf on each tortilla, spread with 1/4 of the tuna mixture and roll up like a burrito. Enjoy!
Makes 4 wraps.
